She is committed to offering impartial, confidential services at any time, day or night. She is licensed, bonded, and insured in Texas with coverage of up to $35,000 due to errors or omissions.

Pricing

To ensure services are received in a timely and professional manner, travel fees are due at the time of booking. Travel fees will only be refunded if the appointment is cancelled more than 45 minutes from the appointment time. If the signee does not have a valid ID, does not show, refuses to sign, or the loan does not fund; half of the signing fee will still be due.
